Evan Rachel Wood was born in Raleigh,
North Carolina, on the 7th of September, 1987. Her father, Ira David Wood III
(a actor in the theatre writer, director, actor) is her father. Sara Wood Wood
is her mother and actress. There are two older brothers, Dana Wood, who is a
musician and Ira David Wood IV, who has also performed. Evan and her brothers
acted in the Theatre In The Park, Raleigh and her father is the director. At
the age of five, she auditioned for the role in Interview with the Vampire: The
Vampire Chronicles (1994). She relocated to Los Angeles with her mom and
brother Ira in 1996 . She's had success ever since, appearing in a television

Wood and Ira David Wood III. Ira David Wood IV's younger sister and Dana Wood's
